Uni-Soft ApS built the Uni-Soft Time App as a Free App. This SERVICE is provided by
Uni-Soft ApS at intended use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and
disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of
information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we
collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or
share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and
Conditions, which is accessible at Uni-Soft unless otherwise defined in this
Privacy Policy.

collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data
We collect and store all personal information related to your App profile, which you
voluntarily give us either upon sign-up or through continued use of the App:
· First and last name.
· Emailaddress.
· Photos uploaded.
· Data created in Uniconta.
Derivative Data and Uploaded Media
Information Uniconta’s servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your
native actions that are integral to the App, actions taken when creating
entries, editing entries, and uploading media to the App. As such, we may also
request access to your device’s photo roll or camera for us to upload your
media to the App. Any media uploaded in this fashion, will be collected, and
stored on Uniconta’s servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions,
you may do so in your device’s settings.
How We Collect User Data
We may collect the data detailed above in two different ways:
· When you voluntarily provide us with such data – meaning, for example, if you
register/log in to Uniconta or if you are a visitor of our App, and you contact
us.
· Data collected automatically – meaning, if you are either visiting our Site
or use our App, we may use our SDK, Cookies, and other similar tracking
technologies (as detailed below) to gather information automatically such as
your IP address, etc. We may also require information from other trusted
sources to update or supplement the data that we collect automatically herein
Uniconta.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than
to provide you with uploading functionality to Uniconta from the App. We may
use information other than photographs for the following purposes:
To operate and improve the App:
· Enable you to use our App’s features.
· Provide technical support and maintenance for the App.
To send you marketing and promotional communications
We may send you marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to
opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications if you no longer use
our services.
Sharing of Data
We do not share information with advertisers.
Third Party Providers
When you use the Apps Third Parties may collect, store and/or process the information
detailed in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable privacy laws and the
Platform Provider’s rules, policies and guidelines. We use commercially
reasonable efforts to engage with Third Parties that post a privacy governing
their collection, retention, processing and use of non-personal and personal
information. For further regarding the collection, processing, and usage of
your information by the Third Parties review their Privacy Policy Practices.
Retention of your data
We retain Your Data for as long as you remain a user of the App. You can manually delete
voluntarily entered data under each page. If you want to remove all data
collected through the App, the app will remove all saved data when deleted.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app
we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone
called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device
Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the
configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your
use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique
identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit
and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third
party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve
their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies
and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse
our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the
case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal
information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent
or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal
information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review
this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by
posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
